Im Rahmen der Überarbeitung für die Ausgabe 2008 oder 2009 wurde das [[Hochschul-ABC]] absolut werbefrei. Somit wurde auch der Artikel zur [[Buchhandlung Thierbach]] entfernt. Frau Thierbach als "Geschäftsfrau" fand das unerhört, denn sie wäre ja Bestandteil der Hochschule. Bei den folgenden Überarbeitung wurde angeboten, dass bei der Bereitschaft zur finanziellen Unterstützung des [[Hochschul-ABC]] da vielleicht eine erneute Erwähnung machen ließe. Die "Geschäftsfrau" Frau Thierbach wollte aber nichts dahingehend anbieten.

Nun versucht es Frau Thierbach jedes Jahr aufs Neue dem neuen [[StuRa]] die Notwendigkeit eines kostenlosen Eintrages, einer Werbung für [[Buchhandlung Thierbach | ihre Buchhandlung]] einzureden: ''Wir sind die [[Buchhandlung Thierbach]] der HTW Dresden.
