== Hallo ihr Neu-Dresdner! ==
Ein Semester an der [[HTW]] studieren heißt nicht nur für die Uni lernen, sondern
auch neue Freunde finden, fremde Kulturen kennenlernen und vor allem viel
Spaß haben! Wir sind „[[Faranto]]” und für den 2. Teil zuständig ;)
In der nächsten Zeit werden wir also viel miteinander zu tun haben und wollen
uns daher kurz bei euch vorstellen.
Unser Verein ist Mitglied des ERASMUS Studenten Netzwerkes (ESN) an der HTW
Dresden mit Studenten aus allen Fachrichtungen.
Als Ziel haben wir uns gesetzt, unseren ausländischen Studenten eine tolle Zeit
in Dresden zu ermöglichen. Ihr sollt euch hier zu Hause fühlen.
Wir werden euch bei euren ersten Schritten in der neuen Stadt begleiten und
euch zum Beispiel mit der deutschen Bürokratie helfen! Aber auch bei Fragen
zur Uni oder dem Dresdner Nachtleben stehen wir euch jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Wenn ihr bereits jetzt sehen wollt, was euch erwartet, schaut doch auf unserer
Homepage www.faranto.de vorbei. Da seht ihr, wer wir sind und unter „Gallery“
könnt ihr einige unserer Veranstaltungen bestaunen.
Meldet euch bei uns, wenn ...
... ihr von uns am Flughafen/Bahnhof/Busbahnhof abgeholt werden möchtet.
Dazu füllt bitte so schnell wie möglich dieses Formular (http://bit.ly/ESNDresden-arrival) aus.
Am besten wäre es, wenn ihr vor dem 1. Oktober in Dresden seid, denn da
beginnt unsere [[Einführungswoche]], die ihr nicht verpassen solltet.
WICHTIG!
Das benötigt ihr am ersten Tag der [[Einführungswoche]] (01.10.12):
* Personalausweis/Reisepass plus eine Kopie des Personalausweises/Reisepasses
* gültiges Visum (Nicht-EU Studenten)
* Mietvertrag
Weitere notwendige Dokumente:
* Nachweis über finanzielle Mittel (Stipendium, Kontoauszug…)
* Krankenversicherung (wenn ihr noch keine habt, helfen wir euch)

== Welcome to all future Dresdners! ==
To study a semester at HTW Dresden does not only mean to learn all day long,
but also to find new friends, get to know foreign cultures and especially have a
lot of fun! We are „Faranto“ and responsible for that second part ;)
As we will spend some time together within the next few months, we would like
to present ourselves.
We are an Erasmus student association at HTW Dresden with students of almost
all branches of study. Our goal is to make you feel at home here in Dresden and
to make you have a great time!
We will accompany your first steps through the city, e.g. we help you with the
German bureaucracy. Furthermore, we will be at your disposal for all questions,
be it regarding university or be it about nightlife in Dresden.
If you want to find out more about us and what you can expect, have a look at
our homepage www.faranto.de and don’t miss the photo gallery!
Write us, if ...you would like to be picked up at the airport/train station/ bus station.
Please let us know as soon as possible when and where exactly you will arrive
in Dresden (http://bit.ly/ESN-Dresden-arrival). Please try to arrive before the
1st of October as our introduction week starts then and you should not miss it.
Very important.
Please do not forget the following documents at the beginning of
the introduction week (starts on the 1st October 2012):
* identity card plus a copy of your identity card
* valid visa (Non-EU students)
* accommodation contract
Further necessary documents:
* proof of financial support (scholarship, bank statement…)
* health insurance card (we will help you to get one, if you still need it)
